missingWrote a review on Jan 17hot springcozy designlimited outlets
The common area lacks sufficient comfort. a fridge would have been a welcome addition to store snacks and drinks. Outlets in the room are limited, making it challenging to charge multiple devices without a travel adapter. Additionally, I received confusing emails regarding payment verification, which made the reservation process unnecessarily stressful.

The location near Gora station is fantastic. The onsen feels private, and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, be cautious with the bunk beds as the design can lead to hitting your head. The dining experience was enjoyable, but the restaurant is closed on Mondays.

The decor at Emblem Flow Hakone beautifully blends modern design with natural elements, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful, ensuring that navigating the hotel was easy, especially for us seniors.
More onsen etiquette guidance in rooms would help.

would definitely go back
The twin room had air conditioning, a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the yukata they provided. The hot spring bath was clean and super relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Location is perfect, just a 2-minute stroll to Gora Station.

You know, the staff were truly exceptional, especially Mio-San, who welcomed us with such warmth. They even sent us recommended itineraries packed with local insights, which made our adventure so much easier.
It wasn’t exactly bargain-priced, but it felt acceptable for what we got.

I absolutely loved the sleek and minimalist vibe of my room, which boasted a breathtaking view of the mountains. The on-site onsen was a delightful escape, accommodating only six people at a time, ensuring a tranquil soaking experience. The half-board dining was a culinary adventure, with gorgeous and decadent dishes that delighted my taste buds!

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Wi-fi was slow at times.

missingWrote a review on Jul 31helpful staffonsite onsendated onsen
Had an awesome time with friends! If you're in the area, check out Gora Park and Kowakien Yunessun for fun activities. Just remember, food portions at the restaurant are a bit small.
The only downside was the onsen felt a little dated. It didn't ruin our stay, but it could use a refresh.

Loved the spacious room with cozy vibes, and the onsen was just the cherry on top! The location next to the train station made exploring super easy, and the ambiance felt oh-so-chic.
But really, did breakfast have to be the same every day? I was ready to start a breakfast revolution!
